MOTHERLODE - Bodyshape Undies & Swimwear, plus a couple of separates

This is a project I started in, what, October? that got put on the backburner for a bit while I was working on Halloween and Mipmas. Then Jane and I started collaborating on it, since we have similar taste and she uses some of the same bodyshapes I do (if you like my CC and haven't checked out hers, please do!) And it just kept snowballing into more and more stuff, and we figured we should pause for a bit and start sharing.








I'm now using 6 bodyshapes in my game: Classic Pinup, Voluptuous Gal, Dummy Thicc, Renaissance Gal, Momma Lisa, and Trans Momma Lisa. LetoMills has shared a ton of awesome undies & swimwear for DT, ML, & TrML, but I had nothing for the other shapes yet that suit my style, and the available meshes (old and newer) for them have... 3D anatomy bits. Now don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the realism... on NAKED sims. And I'm sure there are others that agree, plus people who'd like to use bodyshapes but prefer blockfeet. So I took it upon myself to create a set of new meshes, and expand on Leto's. I bring you:

• NEW (smooth) undies/swim meshes for CPU, Vol Gal, & Ren Gal, with blockfeet/Maxis hands, sexyfeet/Maxis hands, or sexyfeet/smooth hands
• Leto's DT, ML, & TrML meshes with sexyfeet/smooth hands option
• 4 sets of swimwear & 3 sets of undies on these meshes

Then, we decided to take Martini's full body mesh with their edit of Bloom's pushup and convert it to the shapes we use. Because as we all know, I do love me some corsets. So there's a couple of lingerie sets for those. Then, we decided to make tops out of them! And with tops, you need bottoms, and there are very few bodyshape separates out there - some shapes have none at all. It was a damn struggle to set a "standard" for the very first separates for those shapes, so thus far, there's just the pushup tops, and a skirt to go with them. But now that the standard is set, making more will be so much easier, and I already have some WIPs 😉

As I do now as usual with multi-shape clothing, all files are BSOK'd (with non-BSOK'd option for Maxis shapes), and repo'd/texture-referenced to a required bundle labeled TEXTURES so you can keep whichever recolors you want for each shape. Just the shapes I did are pictured in the previews, but original AF versions and any that Leto did already are included and repo'd when applicable.

Please note that in my previews, my Trans Momma Lisa sims have skins made for their bodyshape and thus have the appropriate (AF) breast texture. I make bodyshape versions of skins on a per-sim basis for my game, but Leto has some here that I highly recommend.

Jane also uses DT, Ren Gal, and ML, so some of my sets don't include these shapes, but when she posts them I will be editing the post to link to hers. Lots and lots of pics and downloads await under the cut!

Basic Undies & Swimwear - Meshes

First things first: You're gonna need meshes! I decided that from now on meshes I use for multiple shapes for multiple projects will be uploaded once and linked in my posts as a "Mesh Pack." That way I won't have to include 18 different meshes if I make something for all 6 shapes with all 3 hands/feet options, and it saves me file storage space 😅 AF recolors won't need a mesh unless otherwise specified. So here's the one for just regular undies & swimwear. Includes 3 options (choose ONE) for CPU, Vol Gal, DT, Ren Gal, ML, & TrML:

Our Lips Are Sealed - AAS Retro Swimsuit Recolors

This is a brand new set by me! I've been wanting to recolor this forever. There are 12 recolors - 4 solid colors and 8 patterns. I solved the potential boob stretchage issue by keeping the top part solid.

This set is hands down one of my favorite things I've ever made for TS2. Since there were so many recolors originally, I did the ones I use the most - the galaxy prints, gradients, and opalescent. I'm not sure if I'm going to do the solid colors at some point but this is labeled "Part 1" just in case.

Martini's Full Body Pushup - Meshes

I had been using this mesh for lingerie for years, and Digi added morphs and multiple hands/feet options to it a while back. Jane did the ML conversion, and I did the others. Again, includes 3 options (choose ONE) for CPU, Vol Gal, DT, Ren Gal, ML, & TrML:

The Principles of Lust - Volume II

This is based on another favorite set I did, but since my color preferences have changed (and Laegrinna needs her sapphire blue!) I made some new ones, and added stockings. Which means these are entirely new files and thus you can continue to use my old AF ones alongside these if you'd like. As in the original, there are 2 versions, the satin ones are Part I and the lace ones are Part II. There are 10 recolors in each set.



The panties on Part I are a thong in the back, so if sim buttcheeks aren't your thing you can toss those (both parts are in the same download but there's a separate texture bundle for each). Martini Pushup Top - Meshes

Jane and I decided to make new top meshes based on Martini's full body pushup. Bloom's original pushup top was taken from a Maxis outfit and had a bit of bra meshed on in the front, whereas Martini's mesh is just the boobs and is a little smaller which meant it converted better to bodyshapes (Bloom's turned out a bit unnatural-looking with the WSOs and would've needed way more editing). Also, the mapping on Bloom's is different, causing an issue with gaps in the texture on the sides when using textures from other tops based on the nude Maxis AF body.



All shapes are included in the mesh pack, but the AF and ML meshes are Jane's so she did the recolors for those. Each mesh has 2 options, Maxis hands (1288 polys) or smooth hands (3096 polys).

Azaya's Pastel Crop Tops

I love these tops and it was Jane's excellent idea to put them on the pushup meshes. There are 6 recolors:

As of yet there are no DT bottoms, Mawreen's skirt is a WIP that I didn't have time to do for other shapes yet and Jane will be posting the DT version of the skirt in this post. Oblivious - Amaryll's Bell Skirt with Boots

I've been prioritizing converting my favorite past clothing sets and this jumped back into my mind when Jane showed a WIP pic of her ML conversion on Discord. This comes in the same 16 recolors as the original (6 dark colors, 6 pastels, & 4 gradients):



Jane also did DT, so mine comes with the Maxis AF original, CPU, Vol Gal, Ren Gal,& TrML. Amaryll's AF mesh didn't have a preg morph, so I added one and since I use a WSO for morphs I preferred the resulting fat morph and replaced the original. Polycount is 1014.

And that's it for now 😮‍💨 I'm probably not going to post such huge projects like this in the future, it's much less overwhelming to do it in smaller batches (and not wait to take ALL the preview pics until the end 😅) Not all my projects will include every shape either because with my perfectionism and the slow pace at which I work it takes forever, especially if the meshes need a heavy amount of reshaping. Anything versatile that can be used for several projects probably will (I actually have the meshes finished for Aikea Guinea's fitted tee but that didn't make it into this upload).
